Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

How To Change Your Password

This topic describes how to change your password.

You can only change your password if your system administrator has enabled your account to do so. If you have not been granted permission by your system administrator, an error message will display when you attempt to change your password.

To change your password:

  1. Go to Admin > System Administration > System Administration Controls > Configure User Preferences to access the Configure User Preferences screen.
  2. In the Old Password field in the Password Information group box, enter your current password.
  3. In the New Password field, enter your new password.
  4. In the Verification field, re-enter your new password exactly as you entered it in the New Password field.
  5. In the PIN field, enter a new personal identification number (PIN).
