Sales Order Issues Subtask

Use this subtask to view sales order issue information for the selected serial-tracked or lot-tracked part.

Perform sales order inventory issues on the Manage Sales Order Inventory Issues screen.

Field Description
Serial Number

This field displays the internal serial number of the tracked part.

Lot Number

This field displays the internal lot number of the tracked part.

Part

This field displays the part ID for the tracked part.

Description

This field displays the part description.

Sales Order

This column displays the sales order number of the tracked part.

SO Release

This column displays the sales order release number of the tracked part.

SO Line

This column displays the sales order line number of the tracked part.

Warehouse

This column displays the warehouse of the tracked part.

Issue

This column displays the issue identification number for the sales order line.

Packing Slip

This column displays the packing slip number for the sales order line.

Issue Date

This column displays the date on which the issue was created for the sales order line.

Material Handler

This column displays the employee ID of the person who retrieved the items from inventory to fulfill the sales order line.

Customer

This column displays the customer identification number for the sales order line.

Customer Name

This column displays the customer name for the sales order line.

UID

This field displays the unique item identifier (UID), if any, assigned to the tracked part.
