Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

User-Defined Fields Subtask

Use this subtask to view and enter values in the user-defined field entered on the Configure Routing Settings screen.

You can enter up to 30 alphanumeric characters in each of these fields.

Field Description
User Def 1

The name of this field comes from the Label 1 field in the Routing Line User-Defined Field Labels group box on the Configure Routing Settings screen.

User Def 2

The name of this field comes from the Label 2 field in the Routing Line User-Defined Field Labels group box on the Configure Routing Settings screen.

User Def 3

The name of this field comes from the Label 3 field in the Routing Line User-Defined Field Labels group box on the Configure Routing Settings screen.
