Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Impacted Projects Subtask

Use this subtask to select impacted projects for this engineering change notice (ECN).

Impacted Projects

Field Description
Project

Enter, or click to select, the project ID affected by the ECN. This field must contain a valid project ID from Manage Project User Flow screen in Costpoint Project Setup. The first row defaults from the Project field in the ECN Related Charges group box.

Project Abbreviation

Enter, or click to select, the project abbreviation affected by the ECN. This field must have a valid project abbreviation from Manage Project User Flow screen. The first row defaults from the Project Abbrev field in the ECN Related Charges group box.

Project Name

This field displays the name of project.

Approval Project

Select this check box if this project will be used to determine which users can approve this ECN. You must select at least one project for approval if the assigned approval process contains one or more approval titles that validate users against assigned projects.

Prime Contract

The column displays the prime contract number if the project ID entered is for a top-level project. If the project entered is not top-level, the default value of the prime contract number from the top-level project ID displays.

Click this button to accept your changes and return to the screen.
