  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Currency Line Info Subtask

This subtask displays transaction amounts for the line selected on the main screen, in both transaction and functional currencies.

Note: If the transaction and functional currencies are the same, this subtask is disabled.

Line Amounts

The fields in this group box display the line amounts in both Transaction and Functional currency.

Field Description
Currency

These fields display the transaction and functional currency for the line item.

Gross Unit Price

These fields display the gross unit price for the line item.

Volume Discount

These fields display the volume discount for the line item.

Net Unit Price

These fields display the net unit price for the line item.

Extended Price

These fields display the extended price for the line item.

Line Charge Price

These fields display the line charge price for the line item.

Sales Tax/VAT Amt

These fields display the sales tax/VAT amount for the line item.

Line Total Amount

These fields display the total amount for the sales order line.

Exchange Rates

Field Description
Trans to Functional/Trans to Euro

This field displays the Transaction to Functional conversion rate or Transaction to Euro conversion rate from the Exchange Rates subtask.
