Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Inventory Projects Subtask

Use the Inventory Projects subtask to assign a planner to specific inventory projects or when planners are assigned by inventory projects.

You can also assign planners to projects on the Manage Inventory Projects screen in Costpoint Inventory. Maintain this subtask as required.

Field Description
Planner

The planner ID is displayed in this field.

Employee

The employee ID is displayed in this field. The employee name displays in the unlabeled field adjacent to this field.

Search

Use this button to load the screen with projects matching the search criteria entered in the adjacent field.

Inventory Projects

Field Description
Project

This field displays the inventory project ID.

Project Name

This field displays the project name.

Proj Abbrev

This field displays the project abbreviation.

MRP Option

This field displays the MRP option assigned to the project.

Select

Click this button to attach the planner to the selected inventory projects.

Deselect

Click this button to remove the planner from the selected inventory projects.

Project

This field displays the selected inventory project ID.

Project Name

This field displays the selected project name.

Proj Abbrev

This field displays the selected project abbreviation.

MRP Option

This field displays the MRP option assigned to the selected project.
