  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Labor Detail Subtask

Use this subtask to view labor information related to the selected sales order line.

Field Description
Sales Order

This field displays the sales order ID for the selected line.

Status

This field displays the status of the sales order.

Customer

These fields display the customer from the Manage Sales Orders screen.

Trans Currency

This field displays the transaction currency of the sales order line item.

SO Line

This field displays the sales order line number for the selected line.

Item

This field displays the identification number of the item selected on the sales order line.

Item Rev

This field displays the latest revision number of the item selected on the sales order line.

Description

This field displays the description of the item selected on the sales order line.

Misc Type

This field displays a miscellaneous charge type code for MSC (miscellaneous) sales order lines types. Create and define these codes on the Manage Line Charge Types screen.

Name

This field displays the ID that uniquely identifies the employee.

Timesheet Date

This field displays the timesheet date.

Timesheet Type

This field displays the timesheet type.

Charged Hours

This field displays the hours entered for this timesheet line.

Amount

This field displays the amount charged.

Project

This field displays the project charged.

Project Name

This field displays the name associated to the project charged.

Account

This field displays the account charged.

Account Name

This field displays the name of the account charged.

GLC

This field displays the General Labor Category (GLC) to which this employee is assigned.

PLC

This field displays the Project Labor Category (PLC) to which this employee is assigned.

Organization

This field displays the organization charged.

Organization Name

This field displays the name associated with the organization.

Home Organization

This field displays the home organization to which this employee is assigned.

Location

This field displays the labor location.

Fiscal Yr

This field displays the fiscal year.

Period

This field displays the period.

SubPeriod

This field displays the subperiod.

Entry User ID

This field displays the user ID of the person who entered or last modified the labor information.
