Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Revenue Formulas Subtask

Use this subtask to select which revenue formulas are available for selection on the Manage Revenue Information screen for each company.

When you enter this subtask, all revenue formulas are selected. Deselect the formulas that you do not want to be available on the Revenue Information screen. You cannot deselect a formula if it has been used on the Manage Revenue Information screen. Limiting the revenue available on the Manage Revenue Information screen simplifies the project setup process. 

Determine which revenue formulas you want to use when initializing Costpoint. However, you can select or deselect revenue formulas at any time.

To select a revenue formula, click the Select button after highlighting the formula that you want to add.

When you select a revenue formula and save it, your company ID is saved in a record that is inserted into the REV_FORMULA_COMP table.
