Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Previous Purchase Price Variance Journal Entries Subtask

Use this subtask to display basic information regarding previously created PPV journal entries. This displays information only for the login user’s company.

Precious Purchase Price Variance Journal Entries

Field Description
Journal Entry Number

This field displays the journal entry number previously created.

Status

This field indicates whether or not the journal entry has been posted.

Creation Date/Time

This field displays the date and time when the journal entry was created.

Inv Burden Calc Date/Time

This field displays the date and time the inventory burden rate that was used for the journal entry was last calculated.

User

This field displays the user ID of the logged in user who ran the process that created the journal entry.

Load

Click this button to load the previous journal entries created for the selected fiscal year/period/subperiod.
