Contents of the Revenue Breakdown Screen

Use this screen to run a report of revenue breakdown for all periods. The report displays T&M Budgeted Revenue by category for each of the next 12 months.

The report only includes budgets/EACs that are marked as final on the Project Budgets / EACs screen.

Note: This report can also provide percent complete revenue calculation details.

Contents

Field	Description
Budget Type	If you selected the Budget or Variance report type, select one of the following from the drop-down list: Budget: Select this option to display the latest budget information. EAC: Select this option to display the latest EAC information.   Note: EAC displays in the drop-down list only if an EAC exists for the project.
Cost Type	Enter, or click , to select the cost type.
Details	Select this check box to display combined revenue breakdown details.
Project ID	Enter, or click , to select the project ID.

Subtask

After you select the Project ID and other report settings, click the Revenue Breakdown link to display revenue breakdown details.

Column Headings	Description
Report Project ID	This column displays the report project ID.
Description	This column displays the  description of the revenue category.
Cost Type	This column displays the cost type.
Total	This columns displays total revenue budget of the selected project since the start of the project/task ID over time.
Month/Year	Begins with the current month and shows data back six months.
