Manage Engineering Change Rejection Reason Codes

Use this screen to enter reason codes for rejecting engineering change notices (ECNs) and their descriptions.

These codes can be used to reject an ECN during the approval process.

When you open this screen, existing codes and their descriptions are displayed. You can delete existing lines, modify the description of the existing lines, or use the New Line function on the toolbar to add more codes.

Set up this screen after establishing the controls and defaults on the Configure Engineering Change Settings screen and before creating ECNs. Maintain this screen whenever necessary.
