Resources Subtask

Use this subtask to view one or more resources of the subcontractor associated with a requisition line.

These resources can be in the form of free-form text, in which case only the description is required. Or it can be loaded from a previously defined service type item/rev, in which case the description defaults automatically. This applies only to requisitions that have been specified as a subcontractor agreement and information is not displayed if that option is not specified.

Field	Description
Resource Line	This field displays the resource line number.
No. of Resources	This field displays the number of particular resources requested.
Description	This field displays the description for the type of resource requested.
Total Hours	This field displays the number of service hours associated with the resource line. It is the total hours for the resource line, regardless of the number of resources requested. Currently, only units of measure equivalent to actual hours (time) are supported.

Field	Description
City	This field displays the city where the resource is needed.
State/Province	This field displays the state or province where the resource is needed.
Postal Code	This field displays the postal code of the city or state where the resource is needed.
Country	This field displays the country name of the location where the resource is needed.
