Print Workers' Compensation Incident Report
Use this screen to print all information about employee injuries and illnesses.
You can use this report either to submit a workers' compensation claim or for informational purposes. You can generate this report for a range of dates and/or a range of organizations, and specify how the information is sorted.
You can generate the Workers' Compensation Incident Report at any time.
If you are not set up to print Social Security Numbers (SSNs), blanks print instead of the numbers. The ability to print SSNs is controlled by the SSN check box on the Company Access subtask of the Manage Users screen.
