Text Subtask

Use this subtask to assign text codes to the document.

Table Window

This table window displays all text codes assigned to the document. You can add, edit, or delete lines in this table window.

Field	Description
Sequence	This field displays the printing sequence number for this text code. When you click , Costpoint automatically assigns a sequence number to a row. You can edit this sequence number as you wish.
Text Code	Use this field to enter, or use to select, a valid text code that you want to assign to the document.
Rev	Enter, or use to select, the revision of the standard text code.
Text Description	Enter, or use to select, a description of the text code. This field also displays the description of the selected Text Code field.
Doc Print Option	This field displays the document print option for this test code, which indicates the types of documents in which the text will print. The various print options are: I: Internal E: External B: Both
Text Active	If selected, this check box indicates that the standard text code/revision combination is currently active.
