Expense Exclusions Subtask

Use this subtask to display expense rows that were excluded from the invoice.

This includes all expense rows that are withheld from the invoice due to being over the allowed amounts, or outside of period of performance, when the corresponding work assignment does not allow charging it to the unallowable accounts. Data for this tab is loaded when you use Autoload, and work assignments exist for the screen PO/Rlse.

Field Description
PO Number, PO Release No

These fields display values from the header.

Vendor Employee

This field displays the vendor employee for which expense information has been entered.

Vendor Employee Name

This field displays the name of the vendor employee.

PO Line

This field displays the PO line number associated with the work assignment charge lines for which expense information has been entered.

Work Assignment

This field displays the work assignment for which expense information has been entered.

Expense Report ID

This field displays the expense report ID associated with the expense incurred.

Expense Report Date

This field displays the report date when the expense was incurred.

Expense ID

This field displays the expense ID associated with the expense incurred.

Expense Date

This field displays the date when the expense was incurred.

Expense Type

This field displays the type of expense incurred.

Amount

This field displays the amount of expense incurred.

Exclusion Reason

This field displays the reason for excluding the record from the created invoice.

Timesheet/Expense indicator

This check box is selected if the invoice was automatically created from staging table labor (timesheet) and expense information.
