Header Detail Subtask

Use the Header Detail subtask to view or modify additional information about the MO header.

Field	Description
MO	This field displays the manufacturing order ID.
MO Type	This field displays the type of the MO.
Status	This field displays the current status of the MO.
Organization	This field displays the organization associated with the MO.
Order Reference	This field displays the order reference number for which this MO is being built.
Line	This field displays the line number of the order reference for which this MO is being built.
Order Ref Type	This field displays the type of order reference for which this MO is being built.
Build Qty	This field displays the quantity of the part being built with this MO.
Yield	This field displays the estimated yield percentage for the selected parent part.
Net Build Quantity	This field displays the expected net build quantity for this MO. It is the product of the Build Quantity and Yield fields.

Activity

These items display as they pertain to settings on the Manage Manufacturing Orders and Expedite Manufacturing Orders screens and can be maintained only in those screens.

Field	Description
Material Issues	This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) depending on whether or not material issues have been applied to this MO.
Allow Additional Material Charges	This check box displays if material charges are allowed to this MO. This will default to unchecked (and non-modifiable) if you selected a MO status of Planned or Firm Planned in the Status field on the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen. It will default to checked (and modifiable) if the MO status is Released or In-Shop. Default restrictions for closed/completed MOs (as set on the Configure Production Control Settings screen) will default here (modifiable) if the MO status is Closed/Completed.
Timesheet Charges	This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) depending on whether or not timesheet charges have been applied to this MO.
Allow Additional Timesheet Charges	This check box displays if timesheet charges are allowed to this MO. This will default to unchecked (and non-modifiable) if you selected a MO status of Planned or Firm Planned in the Status field in the on the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen. It will default to checked (and modifiable) if the MO status is Released or In-Shop, with one exception: if you did not select the Allow Auto-Update MO status In-Shop check box on the Configure Production Control Settings screen, additional timesheet charges will be allowed only if the MO status is In-Shop. Default restrictions for closed/completed MOs (as set on the Configure Production Control Settings screen) will default here (modifiable) if the MO status is Closed/Completed.
Subcontractor Charges	This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) depending on whether or not subcontractor charges have been applied to this MO.
Allow Additional Subcontractor Charges	This check box displays if subcontractor charges are allowed to this MO. This will default to unchecked (and non-modifiable) if you selected a MO status of Planned or Firm Planned in the Status field on the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen. It will default to checked (and modifiable) if the MO status is Released or In-Shop

Document Package

These items display as they pertain to settings on the Enter Manufacturing Orders and Expedite Manufacturing Orders screens and can be maintained only in those screens.

Field	Description
Pick List	This check box displays if a material pick list is to be printed for this MO. The adjacent Printed check box is automatically checked once this document is printed. To treat this document as unprinted, manually clear the Printed check box on the Manage Manufacturing Orders and Expedite Manufacturing Orders screens.
Assembly Sheet	This check box displays if an assembly sheet of components/subassemblies is to be printed for this MO. The adjacent Printed check box is automatically checked once this document is printed. To treat this document as unprinted, manually clear the Printed check box in the Manage Manufacturing Orders and Expedite Manufacturing Orders screens.
Routing Traveler	This check box displays if a routing traveler is to be printed for this MO. The adjacent Printed check box is automatically checked once this document is printed. To treat this document as unprinted, manually clear the Printed check box on the Manage Manufacturing Orders and Expedite Manufacturing Orders screens.
Component Labels	This check box displays if component labels for the MO's requirements are to be printed. The adjacent Printed check box is automatically checked once this document is printed. To treat this document as unprinted, manually clear the Printed check box on the Manage Manufacturing Orders and Expedite Manufacturing Orders screens.
Configuration Lists	This check box displays if an as-built configuration list is to be printed for this MO. The adjacent Printed check box is automatically checked once this document is printed. To treat this document as unprinted, manually clear the Printed check box on the Manage Manufacturing Orders and Expedite Manufacturing Orders screens.

Header Notes

This text box displays notes to be printed on MO documentation.

Expediting Notes

Enter notes relating to the status of this MO. These notes will not appear on MO documentation.
