Line Documents Subtask

This subtask displays a list of the documents that are assigned to the requisition line.

Field	Description
Req Line	This field displays the requisition line number to which this document is assigned.
Document	This field displays the identification code of the document assigned to the requisition header.
Rev	This field displays this document's revision number.
Type	This field displays this document's type.
Name	This field displays this document's descriptive name.
Location	This field indicates where this document is stored on the network.
Status	If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen in Costpoint Bills of Material, this field displays this document's release status. The system-defined values are: Unreleased Released Obsolete
Size	If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, this field displays this document's size.
Media	If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, this field displays media code assigned to this document.
CAGE	If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, this field displays the CAGE (Contractor and Government Entry) code assigned to this document.
Sheets	If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, this field displays the number of sheets for this document.
Organization	If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, this field displays the organization to which this document is assigned.
Maintenance Group	If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, this field displays the maintenance group to which this document is assigned.
ECN Pending	If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, This field displays Y (Yes) if this document is referenced on a pending ECN (engineering change notice) Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
Last ECN	If this document is established on the Manage Documents or Release Documents screen, this field displays the last ECN associated with this document. You can access ECN information in Costpoint Engineering Change Notices.
