Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Delete WBS Levels

Use the New Business Budgets screen to delete Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) levels.

To delete the work breakdown structure level for the new business budget:

  1. Click Planning > New Business Budgeting > Actions/Processing > New Business Budgets.
  2. From the New Business Budget Status table, select the WBS level that you want to remove, and click Delete.
    Important:
    • If the WBS has a child item, you have to delete from the lowest level first. You cannot delete from top level.
    • If you click a WBS line that has a status of Working or Complete and then click Delete, you are only deleting that budget. Deleting budgets does not mean you are deleting them from the structure.
    • If the WBS has no Status, then you are deleting that WBS line from the structure.
