Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the View User Authentication Passcode History Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the View User Authentication Passcode History screen.

Contents

Field Description
User

Enter, or click to select, the user ID for which you want to view the authentication passcode history. The field to the right displays the descriptive name for this user ID.

User Info

Field Description
Email

This field displays the email address of the user.

Phone

This field displays the phone number of the user. The field at the bottom displays the phone extension number.

Employee

This field displays the employee ID of the user. The field to the right displays the employee name.

Manager

This field displays the ID of the user's manager. The field to the right displays the manager name.

User Authentication Passcode History

The following information is displayed on the table window:

  • User
  • Authentication Passcode
  • Authentication Passcode Generation Date/Time
  • Authentication Passcode Expiration Date/Time
