Offline Access Applications Subtask
Click New in the Offline Access Applications subtask to select the Costpoint applications that will be available to users who work without internet access.

Field | Description |
---|---|
Application | Use this field to enter, or click to select, the application to enable for offline access. |
Application Name | This field auto-populates with the name of the application selected in the Application field. |
Note: The
Manage Activities application does not work in Offline Mode. Also, the
Activities subtask does not work in the following applications in Offline Mode:
- Manage Opportunities
- Manage Contracts
- Manage Subcontracts
- Manage Contract Management Vendor Info
- Manage Contract Management Customer Info
- Manage Contract Management Employee Info
- Manage Leads and Contacts
