Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

My Menu Dashpart

The My Menu dashpart contains links to the applications that are set up in your My Menu, so you have easy navigation to your most used areas in Costpoint.

Note: This dashpart is available on the Project Manager Dashboard, Organization Manager Dashboard, and Finance Manager Dashboard.

You can modify this list through the My Menu table window on the Configure User Preferences screen.

Links to Costpoint Business Intelligence and Costpoint Analytics may also display on this dashpart if you have access to these applications.

Note: In addition to having a Costpoint Business Intelligence or Costpoint Analytics license, the integration URL for the Reports & Analytics domain must be configured. The Single Sign-On feature of Costpoint is applied for this integration. Contact your system administrator to set up access to both these products within Costpoint.
Hover over the Costpoint application name that you want to access and click it to open the screen.
Note: Depending on your security rights, Costpoint may display a message indicating that you do not have access to a drill-through application.
