Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

PO Line Notes Subtask

Use this subtask to view on-screen notes associated with a purchase order line.

Field Description
Requisition

This field displays the identification code of the currently selected requisition.

Status

This field displays the approval status of the currently selected requisition.

Trans Currency

This field displays the trans currency code assigned to the currently selected requisition.

Req Line

This field displays the currently selected requisition line number.

Line Status

This field displays the status of the currently selected requisition line.

Type

This field displays the type of the currently selected requisition line.

PO

This field displays the currently selected purchase order.

Release

This field displays the release number of the PO.

PO Line

This field displays the currently selected purchase order line.

PO Trans Currency

This field displays the transaction currency code assigned to the PO Line.

Text Field

This text field displays on-screen notes associated with the selected purchase order line.
