  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

QC Inspections Subtask

Use the QC Inspections subtask to view any QC inspection results for the selected operation.

This subtask is available only if the QC Required field is Y (Yes) for the selected line in the main screen. Consequently, the QC Step field must be Y (Yes) for the routing operation line in the Routings subtask in the Manage Manufacturing Orders screen, or the Manage Routings or Release Routings screens. If the line requires QC inspections, that information displays in this subtask from the Manage MO Quality Control Inspection Results screen.

QC inspections entered on the Manage MO Quality Control Inspection Results screen display in the appropriate lines.

Field Description
MO

This field displays the manufacturing order number from the main screen.

Warehouse

This field displays the warehouse in which the MO is being built.

Part

This field displays the part ID for which the MO was created.

Rev

This field displays the revision level of the part.

Build Quantity

This field displays the quantity of the part being built with this MO.

Field Description
Inspection Report

This field displays the ID of this inspection report.

Inspection Date

This field displays the date this inspection occurred.

Inspector

This field displays the employee ID of the person responsible for inspection of this operation.

Accepted Quantity

This field displays the quantity of the part accepted by this inspection.

Rejected Quantity

This field displays the quantity of the part rejected by this inspection.

MRB Quantity

This field displays the quantity of the part sent to MRB for further review by this inspection.

Inspection Quantity

This field displays the quantity (or sample size) inspected for this operation.

AQL

This field displays the Acceptance Quality Level (AQL) for the sample inspection size on this line.

Entry User This field displays the user ID of the inspection.
Entry Date/Time

This field displays the date and time the inspection was entered.

Inspection Notes

This field displays any notes associated with this inspection.

Rejection Reason

This field displays the rejection reason code associated with this inspection line.

Rejection Disposition

This field displays S (Scrap), R (Rework), U (Use as is), or H (Hold) to specify disposition of rejections.
