Total Ceilings Tab

Use this tab of the Manage Alternate Project Revenue Profiles screen to override the production values of the ceiling codes used for the funded and contract values of the project.

Override values will be used only in the alternate database and will not replace the values in the production database.

You cannot edit the Production Amounts and Production Ceiling Flag fields on this tab. You can only modify the Alternate Profile Override Ceiling Flag fields, but these are not required. You should enter values in the Alternate Profile Override Ceiling Flag fields only when they are different from the production values.

Total Funded Ceiling

This table includes information about Total Funded Ceiling settings.

Field	Description
Production Amounts	This field displays the production value of the sum of all funded total modifications for the project and its lower levels.
Production Ceiling Flag	This field displays the production value of the ceiling code for the total funded value of the project.
Alternate Profile Override Ceiling Flag	Enter the alternate profile total funded value ceiling code override. Valid values are R (Revenue), B (Billing), A (All), and N (None).

Total Funded Cost Ceiling

This table includes information about Total Funded Cost Ceiling settings.

Field	Description
Production Amounts	This field displays the production value of the sum of all funded cost modifications for the project and its lower levels.
Production Ceiling Flag	This field displays the production value of the ceiling code for the funded cost value of the project.
Alternate Profile Override Ceiling Flag	Enter the alternate profile funded cost value ceiling code override. Valid values are R (Revenue), B (Billing), A (All), and N (None).

This table includes information about Total Funded Fee Ceiling settings.
