  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Currency Line Subtask

Use this subtask to view information related to the transaction and functional currency amounts for the selected requisition line.

This subtask is accessible only if the transaction and functional currencies are different for the requisition.

You can use the Totals subtask to view total estimated amounts for the requisition (at the header level).

Use this subtask to view transaction and functional currency amounts for the selected requisition line after establishing exchange rate information on the Exchange Rates subtask.

Line Amounts

This group box displays the transaction and functional amounts for the selected requisition line.

Field Description
Currency

These fields display the transaction and functional currency codes for the selected requisition line. These fields are hidden if the transaction and functional currencies are the same.

Est Unit Cost

This field displays the estimated unit cost of the item in the selected requisition line.

Est Ext Cost Amt

This field displays the estimated extended cost amount the item in the selected requisition line.

Est Line Charges

This field displays the estimated line charges for the selected requisition line.

Est Sales Tax/VAT Amt

This field displays the estimated sales tax/VAT for the selected requisition line.

Total Est Cost Amt

This field displays the total estimated cost amount for the selected requisition line.

Exchange Rate

Field Description
Trans to Functional

This field displays the exchange rate for transaction to functional currency in the Exchange Rates subtask. This value, when multiplied by the transaction currency amount, results in the functional currency amount.
