  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Location Structure Subtask

Use this subtask to set up the location structure for the specified warehouse location ID. Use it when you establish the warehouse and before you create location IDs.

Location Structure

Field Description
Number

The level number of the location structure to be established is displayed in this field.

Length

Enter the number of characters to be assigned to this level's location structure. The total number of characters for all levels, including delimiters, cannot exceed 15. Delimiters are dashes [-] and count as one character between each level.

The location ID can be less than the total number of characters assigned. This means that not each level must be completed.

Example 1:

Location Structure Location ID
Level 1 = 5
Level 2 = 4
Level 3 = 4 XXXXX-XXXX-XXXX Total 15 characters

Example 2:

Location Structure Location ID
Level 1 = 4
Level 2 = 3
Level 3 = 2
Level 4 = 1
Level 5 = 1 XXXX-XXX-XX-X-X Total 15 characters

Example 3:

Location Structure Location ID
Level 1 = 10
Level 2 = 4 XXXXXXXXXX-XXXX Total 15 characters

Example 4:

Location Structure Location ID
Level 1 = 5
Level 2 = 4 XXXXX-XXXX Total 10 characters

Enter the name of the first level of the location structure to be created.
