Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Excel Template Subtask

To upload your data into the Import New Business Budgets from Excel utility, you must start by entering your budget into an Excel template formatted by Deltek for this purpose.

A link to the template is available from the Excel Template subtask on the Import New Business Budget from Excel screen.

Note: To be uploaded within the Import New Business Budgets from Excel utility, the .xml data must be available in a pre-configured location within Costpoint, referred to as an Alternate File Location. When you save the template as an .xml data, you must either save it to the Alternate File Location, or copy it there using File Upload on the Process menu. If you do not know the Alternate File Location, check with your System Administrator.
