  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Supply Subtask

Use this subtask to view details about the supplies that make up the supply quantity in the selected row of the main screen.

Supply items displayed are those with a need date later than the end date of the previous time bucket row and earlier than or the same as the period end date of the current time bucket. Results are sorted by Planned Available Date and Supply Type.

Use this subtask to view details on the various supplies that make up the total supply quantity for the time bucket selected on the main screen.

Field Description
Part

This field displays the part ID shown on the main screen.

Rev

This field displays the revision of the part ID.

Description

This field displays the description for the part ID.

U/M

This field displays the unit of measure assigned to the part ID.

Selection Criteria

This group box display information as specified in the main screen.

Field Description
Selection Option

This field displays the project grouping option that defines which inventory projects are to be displayed.

  • All Projects: This selection includes inventory supply for all projects.
  • Netting Group: This selection includes all supply for inventory projects having the same netting group. If you selected the Include Common Inventory check box on the main screen, the supply for projects specified as common inventory will also be included, even though they may not have the same netting group.
  • Project Planning Group: This selection includes all supply for inventory projects having the same project-planning group. If you selected the Include Common Inventory check box on the main screen, the supply for projects specified as common inventory will also be included, even though they may not have the same project-planning group.
  • Top-Level Project: This selection includes all supply for inventory projects that share the same top-level project. If you selected the Include Common Inventory check box on the main screen, the supply for projects specified as common inventory will also be included, even though they may not have the same top-level project.
  • Single Project: This selection includes all supply for the inventory. If you selected the Include Common Inventory check box on the main screen, the supply for projects specified as common inventory will also be included.
Include Common Inventory

This field displays Y (Yes) if the Include Common Inventory check box is selected in the main screen. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).

Warehouse

This field displays the warehouse for this supply/demand information.

Project

This field displays the inventory project for the supply information. The adjacent unlabeled field displays the description for this project ID.

Proj Abbrev

This field displays the abbreviation for the selected project ID.

Netting Group

This field displays the inventory netting group for supply information. The adjacent unlabeled field displays the description for this netting group.

Period Start Date

This field displays the starting date of the period for which supply information is displayed.

Period End Date

This field displays the ending date of the period for which supply information is displayed.

Supply Information

This table window displays the supply information for the indicated Selection Criteria.

Field Description
Planned Available Date

This field displays the date on which the order will become available, including MO lead times for stocking or PO lead times for receiving and inspection.

Due Date

This field displays the date on which the supply is due from the vendor (for a purchased part) or from the shop (for a manufactured part).

Supply Quantity

This field displays the supply quantity for the line.

Supply Yield Quantity

This field displays the supply quantity adjusted for the part's yield factor. This field is displayed if you selected the Incl Scrap/Yield % in Planning Process check box on the Configure Production Control Settings screen in Costpoint Production Control.

Supply Type

This field displays the type of supply for the row. The types include:

  • Purchase Requisition Supply
  • PO Supply
  • MO Supply
  • Transfer Reservation Supply
  • Planned Order Supply
Order/Requisition

This field displays the order or reservation number referenced on the row.

Release

This field displays the release number of the order or reservation ID referenced on the row.

Line

This field displays the line number of the order or reservation referenced on the row.

Status

This field displays the status of the order or reservation referenced on the row.

Project

This field displays the project ID corresponding to the order or reservation referenced on the row.

Project Name

This field displays the name of the project corresponding to the project ID referenced on the row.

Project Abbrev

This field displays the project abbreviation corresponding to the project ID referenced on the row.

Inventory Abbrev

This field displays the inventory abbreviation associated with the order or reservation referenced on the row

Inventory Abbrev  Name

This field displays the inventory name for this Inventory Abbrev.

DPAS Priority

This field displays the Defense Priority Acquisition System (DPAS) priority code for the project associated with the supply row.

Delivery Schedule Exists

If selected, this check box indicates that there are multiple delivery schedules that exist for the PO line. This check box is cleared and disabled for new lines.

Requisition Supply Click this link to open the Requisition Supply subtask and view details about the requisitions line for the selected supply information.

Reservation Supply Click this link to open the Reservation Supply subtask and view details of the supply reservation made for the selected supply information.
