  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

View Summary Part Availability

Use this inquiry screen to display time-phased supply and demand for a part grouped by user-defined time buckets.

The inquiry can show the projected inventory at the end of a weekly or monthly bucket and the scheduled supply and demand that will affect that availability. You can select a specific time period and view supply and demand using the warehouse, all projects, a top-level project, a selected project, related projects, or a netting group as a selection criterion. Current inventory, scheduled supply and demand, and order-detail information are also displayed. This application is enabled for all inventory parts, rather than just MRP-planned parts.

Use this screen to view the supply-and-demand schedules in weekly or monthly buckets.
