Manufacturing Order Supply Subtask

Use this subtask to view details of manufacturing orders for the selected row on the Supply subtask.

Use it whenever you need to view details regarding a MO supply referenced on the Supply subtask.

Field	Description
Part	This field displays the part ID shown on the main screen.
Rev	This field displays the revision of the part ID.
Description	This field displays the description for the part ID.
U/M	This field displays the unit of measure assigned to the part ID.
MO	This field displays the manufacturing order ID.
Type	This field displays the type of the manufacturing order. The types are: Standard Customer Repair Rework
Status	This field displays the current status of the manufacturing order.
Build Qty	This field displays the quantity of the part that will be built with the MO (and allocated to the associated inventory abbreviation).
Completed Qty	This field displays the quantity that has been built and relieved against the MO (and allocated to the associated inventory abbreviation).
Open Yield Qty	This field displays the quantity that is yet to be completed against the MO (and allocated to the associated inventory abbreviation). It includes scrap/yield losses. This field is displayed if you selected the Incl Scrap/Yield % in Planning Process check box on the Configure Production Control Settings screen in Costpoint Production Control.
Planner	This field displays the planner responsible for this MO.
Warehouse	This field displays the warehouse in which the MO is being built.
Inv Abbrev	This field displays the inventory abbreviation code to which the MO build parts are being allocated. The name of the inventory abbreviation is displayed in the adjacent unlabeled field.
Project	This field displays the project ID associated with the inventory abbreviation to which the MO build parts are allocated. The name of the project is displayed in the adjacent unlabeled field.
Plnd Avail Date	This field displays the date on which the parts to be built with the MO will be available. This date is the Due Date plus the manufacturing stocking lead time for the part.
Due Date	This field displays the date on which the MO is due to be completed.
MO Expediting Notes	This text box displays expediting notes associated with the MO.

MO Requirements

This table window displays information on the component requirement lines for the manufacturing order referenced on the main screen.

Field	Description
Line	This field displays the component line number of the material requirement.
Find	This field displays the component find number of the material requirement.
Component Part	This field displays the part ID of the material requirement.
Rev	This field displays the part revision of the material requirement.
Description	This field displays the description of the part ID requirement.
Component  Type	This field displays one of the following component types: B: Buy w/component S: Standard P: Phantom R: Reference T: Tool
Inventory Abbreviation	This field displays the inventory abbreviation from which the material requirement will be pulled.
Quantity Type	This field displays the required quantity type of the component. The quantity types are: A: Per Assembly R: As Required O: Per Order
Inventory Reserved Quantity	This field displays the inventory reservation quantity for this component part on the MO. It is the amount of inventory that still needs to be issued to meet the MO requirements.
Quantity To Issue	This field displays the quantity to issue of the part on each pick list of the MO.
Need Date	This field displays the date on which this component needs to be issued to the MO.
Required Quantity	This field displays the total quantity of the component part required for the MO.
Issued Quantity	This field displays the current issued quantity for this component part on the MO.
U/M	This field displays the inventory unit of measure of the part on the requirement line.
Make/Buy	This field displays M (Make) if the component is a manufactured item or B (Buy) if the component is a purchased item.
Common Stock	This field displays Y (Yes) if this component is a common stock part. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
Backflush	This field displays Y (Yes) if this component is a backflush part. Otherwise, this field displays N (No).
Backflush Location	This field displays the inventory location from which this backflush part will be pulled.
Floor Stock	This field displays Y (Yes) if this component is a floor stock part. Otherwise, this field displays N (No). This field is not displayed if the MO does not allow use of common stock.
Work Center	This field displays the work center where this part will be consumed on the MO
Commodity	This field displays the commodity code ID assigned to this part.
Expedite Notes	This field displays expediting notes associated with the component part/inventory abbreviation.
