  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Reservation Supply Subtask

Use this subtask to view details of the supply reservation made for the part in the selected row on the Supply subtask.

Such supplies are based on transfer reservations and transfer requests. Quantities are in inventory units of measure. Use this subtask to whenever you need to view details regarding the reservation supply as selected on the Supply subtask.

Field Description
Part

This field displays the part ID shown on the main screen.

Rev

This field displays the revision of the part ID.

Description

This field displays the description for the part ID.

U/M

This field displays the unit of measure assigned to the part ID.

Reservation

This field displays the ID of the reservation for the part.

Line

This field displays the line number within the reservation for the reserved part.

Need Date

This field displays the date on which the reserved part is needed.

Reserved Qty

This field displays the quantity reserved.

Status

This field displays the status of the reservation, Approved or Pending.

Warehouse

This field displays the warehouse ID associated with the reservation.

Requestor

This field displays the ID of the person who made the reservation.

Planner

This field displays the planner assigned to the reservation.

From Inv Abbrev

This field displays the inventory abbreviation from which the reservation will be issued. The name of the inventory abbreviation is displayed in the adjacent unlabeled field.

DPAS

This field displays the Defense Priority Acquisition System (DPAS) priority code for the project associated with the From Inv Abbrev code.

From Project

This field displays the project ID associated with the From Inv Abbrev. The project name and is displayed in the adjacent unlabeled fields.

Prj Abbrev

This field displays the abbreviation of the From Project ID.

To Inv Abbrev

This field displays the inventory abbreviation to which the reservation will be charged. The name of the inventory abbreviation is displayed in the adjacent unlabeled field.

DPAS

This field displays the Defense Priority Acquisition System (DPAS) priority code for the project associated with the To Inv Abbrev code.

To Project

This field displays the project ID associated with the To Inv Abbrev. The project name and its abbreviation are displayed in the adjacent unlabeled fields.

Prj Abbrev

This field displays the abbreviation of the To Project ID.
