Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Copy Pools Screen

Use these fields and options to configure the Copy Pools screen.

Selection Ranges

Allocation Group

Field Description
Option

This field always displays One.

Source

Enter, or click to select, a valid allocation group from which you want to copy.

Destination

Enter, or click to select, a valid allocation group destination.

Fiscal Year

Field Description

This field always displays One.

Source

Enter, or click to select, a valid fiscal year from which you want to copy.

Destination

Enter, or click to select, a valid fiscal year destination. The pools for the source allocation group and fiscal year selected for copying are inserted into this allocation group/fiscal year.

Pool Use this group box to select all pools or one pool in this process.
Option

Use this drop-down list to select all pools or one pool in this process. Valid options are:

  • All: Select this option to copy all pools.
  • One: Select this option to copy one pool.
Source

Enter, or click to select, a valid pool from which you want to copy. This field is available only if you selected One in the Option field.

Destination

Enter, or click to select, a valid pool destination. This field is available if you selected the One in the Option field.

Data To Be Copied

Use this group box to select various options for copying.

Field Description
Pool Base Data

Select this check box to include data from the Pool Base subtask of the Manage Cost Pools screen in the copying process. This option also copies the data on the Manage Base Creation Setups screen for the source fiscal year/pool/allocation group.

Pool Cost Data

Select this check box to include data from the Pool Cost subtask of the Manage Cost Pools screen in the copying process. This option also copies the data on the Manage Cost Creation Setups screen for the source fiscal year/pool/allocation group.

Pool Rates Data

Select this check box to include data from the Pool Rates subtask of the Manage Cost Pools screen in the copying process.

Service Center Data

Select this check box to include data from the Service Center subtask of the Manage Cost Pools screen in the copying process.

Process

Click to start the copying process.
