  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Currency Line Info Subtask

After selecting an invoice, use this non-editable subtask to view billing costs in both your company's functional currency and the billing currency.

Use this subtask at any time to view any selected invoice line amount.

Line

This non-editable field displays the line number from the main screen.

Exchange Rates

Field Description
Billing to Functional

This non-editable field displays the rate that was used to convert the functional to billing currency when the bill was calculated.

Line Amounts

Use this group box to view the Currency, Quantity, Unit Price, Unit Price Amt, Discount Amt, Tax Amt, and Invoice Line Total in both the billing currency and your company's functional currency.
