Use this information when placing purchase orders or making inquiries about their services or products.

Field	Description
Vendor	These fields display the vendor ID, name, and location from the main screen.
Address Code	This field displays the address code of each address line for this vendor.
Ship ID	This field displays the unique shipping ID for this address.

Field	Description
Sequence	This field displays a sequence number for each contact.
Last Name	This field displays the contact's last name.
First Name	This field displays the contact's first name.
Title	This field displays the contact's title.
Phone	This field displays the telephone number for this contact.
Fax	This field displays the fax number for this contact.
Other	This field displays any other telephone number for this contact, for example, a cellular telephone.
Notes	This field displays notes about this contact.
