  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Issues Subtask

Use this subtask to view issue information related to the selected sales order line including issue dates, packing slip numbers, material handlers, and issue notes.

Within this screen are two subtasks: Issue Notes and Serial Numbers. Component Issues display if the sales order issuing is done at the component level. In the Serial Numbers subtask, the component part information is shown in the column header if the sales order issue was at the component level. The Issue Components field must display Yes on the Enter Sales Orders main screen.

Field Description
Sales Order

This field displays the sales order ID for the selected line.

Status

This field displays the status of the sales order

Customer

These fields display the customer from the Manage Sales Orders screen.

Trans Currency

This field displays the transaction currency of the sales order line item.

SO Line

This field displays the sales order line number for the selected line.

Item

This field displays the identification number of the item selected on the sales order line.

Item Rev

This field displays the latest revision number of the item selected on the sales order line.

Description

This field displays the description of the item selected on the sales order line.

Due Date

This field displays the date by which the sales order line item has been promised to the customer.

Misc Type

This field displays a miscellaneous charge type code for MSC (miscellaneous) sales order lines types. Create and define these codes on the Manage Line Charge Types screen.

Field Description
Issue ID

This field displays the issue ID number for the sales order line.

Warehouse

This field displays the warehouse for the sales order line.

Packing Slip

This field displays the packing slip number for the sales order line.

Issue Date

This field displays the date on which the issue was created for the sales order line.

Material Handler

This field displays the employee ID of the person who retrieved the items from inventory to fulfill the sales order line.

Component Line

This field displays the component line type. This field displays only if the Issue Components field on the Manage Sales Orders screen is set to Yes.

Component Part

This field displays the component part. This field displays only if the Issue Components field on the Manage Sales Orders screen is set to Yes.

Rev

This field displays the component part revision. This field displays only if the Issue Components field on the Manage Sales Orders screen is set to Yes.

Description

This field displays the component description. This field displays only if the Issue Components field on the Manage Sales Orders screen is set to Yes.

Component Line Type

This field displays the component line type. This field displays only if the Issue Components field on the Manage Sales Orders screen is set to Yes.

Component U/M

This field displays the component unit of measure. This field displays only if the Issue Components field on the Manage Sales Orders screen is set to Yes.

Issued Quantity

This field displays the number of items on the sales order line that have been issued from inventory to fulfill the sales order line.

Extended Cost Amount

This field displays the amount for items on the sales order line that have been issued from inventory to fulfill the sales order line.

Entry User

This field displays the user ID of the person who entered the issue ID.

Direct Material Cost

This field displays the direct material cost.

Direct Labor Cost

This field displays the direct labor cost.

Direct Subcontract Cost

This field displays the direct subcontract cost.

Direct Misc 1 Cost

This field displays the direct miscellaneous 1 cost.

Direct Misc 2 Cost

This field displays the direct miscellaneous 2 cost.

Burden Material Cost

This field displays the burden material cost.

Burden Labor Cost

This field displays the burden labor cost.

Burden Subcontract Cost

This field displays the burden subcontract cost.

Burden Misc 1 Cost

This field displays the burden miscellaneous 1 cost.
