Import Subtask

Use this subtask to import allocation rows from Allocation Journal History.

You can use this function only on valid allocation groups and pools that are manual service centers.

Select Periods

Use the fields in this group box to select the period from which you would like to import.

Field	Description
Range Option	Use this drop-down list to select the periods from which you want to import the allocation rows based on the Allocation Journal History. Valid options are: All One Range From Beginning To End
Starting Fiscal Year	Enter, or click to select, a fiscal year. You can select any fiscal year, but for open fiscal years, your selection must correspond to the fiscal year for which the pool is open. This is a required field.
Starting Period	Enter, or click to select, the starting period for the range you want to include in the import process. If you select All or From Beginning in the Range Option field, these fields are inactive.
Starting Subperiod	Enter, or click to select, the subperiod for the range you want to include in the import process. If you select All or From Beginning in the Range Option field, these fields are inactive.
Ending Period, Subperiod	Enter, or click to select, the ending period and subperiod for the range you want to include in the import process. If you select All, One, or To End in the Range Option field, these fields are inactive.
Import	Click this button to import the allocation rows from Allocation Journal History.
