Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

User/Projects Subtask

Use this non-editable subtask to view the approval users for this approval title and the projects to which they are linked.

The information in the table window is from the Manage Engineering Change Project Approvers screen.

Field Description
User

This field displays the user ID.

User Name

This field displays the name of the user associated with the user ID.

Project

This field displays the project code.

Employee

This field displays the employee ID.

Approver Name

This field displays the approver name.

Project Abbrev

This field displays the project abbreviation.

Project Name

This field displays the project name.
