Award Fee Subtask

Use this subtask of the Revenue Info subtask to override production values of the award fee accrual method, amount, and percent for this project.

You can also view the award fee period and the contract and funded award fees entered on the Award Fee subtask of the Modifications subtask.

Override values will be used only in the alternate database and will not replace the values in the production database.

You cannot edit the Production Value fields on this subtask. You can only modify some of the Alternate Profile Override fields, but these are not required. You should enter values in the Alternate Profile Override fields only when they are different from the production values and for new records.

You also cannot mark records for deletion or add new records using this subtask.

Modification

Field	Description
Modification ID	This field displays the modification ID, which defaults from the Modifications subtask.
Description	This field displays the modification description, which defaults from the Modifications subtask.
Effective Date	This field displays the effective date or date on which the modification was issued for the project. This defaults from the Modifications subtask.
Delete this award fee record for this modification for Alternate Revenue Profile	Select this check box to delete this award fee record for this modification in the alternate revenue profile.
Record Status	This field displays the status of this award fee record. For records that have not yet been modified, this field is blank. For new records or those that have already been updated, this field displays one the following statuses: Override: This indicates that this record contains override values. Delete: This indicates that this record has been marked for deletion. New: This indicates that this is a new record. Parent Deleted: This indicates that this record's parent record has been marked for deletion. If this record has a status of Override before the parent record is marked for deletion, this record's status will remain as Override. If this is a new record and the parent record is marked for deletion, this record will be removed from the alternate profile.

Fiscal Year

The fields in this group box default from the Award Fee subtask of the Modifications subtask.

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the fiscal year for the award fee period.
Alternate Profile Override	This field displays the alternate profile fiscal year for the award fee period.

Starting Period

The fields in this group box default from the Award Fee subtask of the Modifications subtask.

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the starting period for the award fee period.
Alternate Profile Override	This field displays the alternate profile starting period for the award fee period.

Starting Subperiod

The fields in this group box default from the Award Fee subtask of the Modifications subtask.

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the starting subperiod for the award fee period.
Alternate Profile Override	This field displays the alternate profile starting subperiod for the award fee period.

Ending Period

The fields in this group box default from the Award Fee subtask of the Modifications subtask.

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the ending period for the award fee period.
Alternate Profile Override	This field displays the alternate profile ending period override.

Ending Subperiod

The fields in this group box default from the Award Fee subtask of the Modifications subtask.

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the ending subperiod for the award fee period.
Alternate Profile Override	This field displays the alternate profile ending subperiod override.

Contract Award Fee

The fields in this group box default from the Award Fee subtask of the Modifications subtask.

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the contract award fee amount for this award fee period.
Alternate Profile Override	This field displays the alternate profile contract award fee amount override for this award fee period.

Funded Award Fee

The fields in this group box default from the Award Fee subtask of the Modifications subtask.

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the funded award fee amount for this award fee period.
Alternate Profile Override	This field displays the alternate profile funded award fee amount override for this award fee period.

Accrual Method

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the accrual method for this award fee period.
Alternate Profile Override	Enter the alternate profile accrual method override for this award fee period. Valid values are F (Fixed Amount), P (Percent of Costs), and N (None).

Accrual Amount

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the accrual amount for this award fee period.
Alternate Profile Override	Enter the alternate profile accrual amount override for this award fee period. This field is enabled only if the production accrual method is F and you did not override it, or if the production accrual method is not F and you entered F in the Accrual Method override field.

Accrual Percent

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the accrual percent for this award fee period.
Alternate Profile Override	Enter the alternate profile accrual percent override for this award fee period. This field is enabled only if the production accrual method is P and you did not override it, or if the production accrual method is not P and you entered P in the Accrual Method override field.

Award Fee Target Amt

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the cumulative-to-date award fee accrued for the award fee period using target rates.
Alternate Profile Override	For new records, enter the alternate profile award fee target amount for the award fee period. This field is enabled only for new records.

Award Fee Actual Amount

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the cumulative-to-date award fee accrued for the award fee period using actual rates.
Alternate Profile Override	For new records, enter the alternate profile award fee actual amount for the award fee period. This field is enabled only for new records.
