Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Header SOW Subtask

Use the Header SOW subtask to display the relevant Statement of Work (SOW) for the purchase order (PO) at the header level.

This could be multiple SOWs for each PO.  SOWs cannot be edited from this screen.

Field Description
Statement of Work ID

This column displays the statement of work associated with the purchase order.

Rev

This column displays the revision of the statement of work associated with the purchase order.

Description

This column displays the description of the statement of work associated with the purchase order.

SOW Type

This column displays the type of statement of work associated with the purchase order.

File Location

This column displays the alternate file location where the actual SOW document is stored, and from where it will be retrieved.

File Name

This column displays the name of the file associated with the statement of work document.

Created Date

This column displays the date when the statement of work document is created.

View SOW

Click this button to load the statement of work details of the selected row.
