Totals Subtask

Use this subtask to view total transaction amounts for the sales order, in both transaction and functional currencies.

If the sales order uses the same transaction and functional currencies, only the functional amounts display. If the sales order use separate transaction and functional currencies, two columns display the separate amounts for each field in the SO Totals group box.

View transaction amounts in this subtask after entering sales order information on the Manage Sales Order screen.

SO Totals

This group box displays the line amounts in both transaction and functional currency. Each currency displays separate columns; However, only one unlabeled column displays if the transaction and functional currencies are the same. These fields display from the Totals subtask of the Manage Sales Orders screen.

Field	Description
Currency	These columns display transaction and functional currency.
Total Extended Amount	This field displays the total extended price amount of the sales order lines.
Total Line Charges	This field displays the total line charges amount of the sales order lines.
Total Sales Tax/VAT Amount	This field displays the total sales tax/value added tax (VAT) amount of the sales order lines.
Total Amount	This field displays the total amount of the sales order lines.

Exchange Rates

Field	Description
Trans to Functional	This field displays the exchange rate for transaction to functional currency. It does not display if the transaction and functional currency amounts are the same for the SO lines. If the SO uses Euro currency, this field displays the composite exchange rate for transaction currency to Euro and Euro to functional currency.
