Contents of the Manage Documents Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Documents screen.

Identification

Use this block to add or edit basic information about the document you want to create or update. You can use to retrieve existing document entries you want to edit.

Field Description
Document ID

Use this field to enter the identification code of the document you want to create.

Rev

Use this field to enter a revision number for the document.

Name

Use this field to enter a descriptive name for the document.

Subtasks

Subtask Description
Parts Click this link to open the Parts subtask and assign standard parts, effective dates, configuration IDs, and document print options for the document.
Text Click this link to open the Text subtask and assign text code information to the document.
