Use this subtask to view address, credit, header information entered on the Manage Sales Order screen.

Bill To |
This field displays the bill-to address code assigned to the sales order. |
Ship To |
This field displays the ship-to address code assigned to the sales order. |
Remit To |
This field displays the valid remit-to address code assigned to the sales order. |
Contractor |
This field displays the valid contractor address code assigned to the sales order. This is a required field for DD250 forms. |
Payment Office |
This field displays the payment office address code assigned to the sales order. |
Issued By |
This field displays issued-by address code assigned to the sales order. This is a required field for DD250 forms. |
Mark For |
This field displays mark-for address code assigned to the sales order. |
Ship From |
This field displays ship-from address code assigned to the sales order. |
Territory |
This field displays the territory where the customer is located. You can change a customer's territory on the Manage Customers screen. You can establish territory names on the Manage Sales Territories screen in Accounts Receivables. |
Customer Type |
This field displays the customer type that is assigned to this customer. You can set up customer types on the Manage Customer Types screen. |
Vendor |
This field displays the vendor ID if this customer is a vendor. |
A/R Balance Information
Field | Description |
---|---|
Outstanding A/R Balance |
This field displays the outstanding accounts receivable balance. Costpoint updates this balance when accounts receivable are posted and this balance decreases when cash receipts are posted. |
Approved Order Balance |
This field displays the approved order balance. Costpoint updates this balance when sales orders are approved, and this balance decreases when sales order invoices are posted through the Order Entry journal. |
Credit Remaining |
This field displays the customer's credit balance. Costpoint calculates this field by adding the outstanding A/R balance with the approved order balance and subtracting that total from the total credit amount. |

This field displays the Apply Finance Charges check box selection on the Credit Information tab of the Manage Customers screen. |
Number of Grace Days |
This field displays the number of grace days. |
Annual Percent |
This field displays the annual percent. |
Credit Limit |
This field displays the established customer credit limit. |
Credit Rating Code |
This field displays the credit rating code. |
Rating Date |
This field displays the credit rating code effective date. |
Credit Number |
This field displays the customer credit number. |
Customer Info
The field information in this group box loads from the Customer Details and Header Info tabs of the Manage Sales Order screen.

This field displays the last name of the sales contact. |

This field displays the first name of the sales contact. |
Phone |
This field displays the telephone number of the sales contact. |
Fax |
This field displays the fax number of the sales contact. |
Customer PO |
This field displays the customer purchase order or delivery order number. |
Mod No |
This field displays the modification number of customers that change their original order. |
Prime Contract No |
This field displays the prime contract number for the project to charge. The prime contract number is entered on the Manage Project User Flow screen in Project Setup. |
Priority Rating |
This field displays the Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating for the project to charge, if any, for the project on the Government Contract subtask of the Manage Project User Flow screen. |
Accounts Receivable
The field information in this group box loads from the Accounts tab of the Manage Sales Order screen.
Field | Description |

Account |
This field displays the accounts receivable account. Each line on the sales order can charge a different sales group abbreviation; however, all lines must charge the same accounts receivable account. |
Organization |
This field displays the designated organization for the accounts receivable account. |
Project |
This field displays the designated accounts receivable project linked to the account and organization. |
Reference 1 |
This field displays the first accounts receivable reference number assigned to the sales order. Note: If you customize the reference fields on the Configure General Ledger Settings screen, this field displays a different label. For example,
