Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Change Period Report Parameters

Use this toolkit to update report parameters for 17 project and billing reports and processes.

You can modify the fiscal year, period, and subperiod for 1 or more of the 17 reports at the same time. You can print each report parameter without entering the report screen and changing each parameter individually.

Warning: This toolkit modifies all stored parameters for the selected report(s).

Use this toolkit before printing reports using parameters or running processes using stored parameters.

Note: Remember to run the Update Project Status Report Tables screen and the Create Project Report Tables screen to load the report tables with project data.
