Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Skills Subtask

Use the Skills subtask to view information about the vendor employee's skills.

Fields default from the Skills subtask of the Manage Education, Skills & Training Data screen and cannot be modified.

Field Description
Skill

This field displays the skills code.

Skill Description

This field displays the description of the skills.

Years of Experience

This field displays the number of years this vendor employee has had experience with the skills specified.

Last Renewal Date

This field displays the last renewal date of the skill certification.

Skill Level

This field displays the code for the skill level that applies to this skill.

Skill Level Description

This field displays the skill level description.

Completion Date

This field displays the date on which this particular skill and/or skill level was acquired.

Expiration Date

This field displays the expiration date of the skill certification.
