  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Additional Info Tab

Use the Additional Info tab to enter additional detail for a selected manufacturing order.

Field Description
Organization

Enter, or use to select, the ID of the organization assigned to the manufacturing order.

Org Abbrev

Enter, or use to select, the abbreviation of the organization ID assigned to the manufacturing order. The name displays in the unmarked field to the right.

Order Reference

This field displays the order with which the MO is referenced.

Order Ref Type

This field displays the type of order referenced.

Discrepancy ID

This field displays the discrepancy ID for which the rework order is requested by Manufacturing Execution (MES).

Discrepancy Line

This field displays the discrepancy line number for which the rework order is requested by MES.

Yield This field displays the estimated yield percentage for the selected parent part.
Percent Complete This field displays the percentage of completion as updated by the MO Completions or MO QC Inspections applications.
Net Build Quantity

This field displays the expected net build quantity for this MO. It is equal to the product of the Build Quantity and Yield fields.

DPAS Rating This field displays the DPAS rating from the Build Project of the manufacturing order (MO).
Priority

Enter a number between 1 and 10 to indicate the priority of the manufacturing order.

Assembly Job

Select this check box to flag the manufacturing order as an assembly job for advanced planning and scheduling purposes.

Activity

Field Description
Allow Additional Material Issues

Select this check box to indicate that additional material issues are allowed for this manufacturing order.

Material Issues

This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether or not material issues have taken place for the manufacturing order.

Allow Additional Timesheet Charges

Select this check box to indicate that additional timesheet entries are allowed for this manufacturing order.

Timesheets

This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether or not additional timesheet charges have taken place for the manufacturing order.

Allow Subcontracts

Select this check box to indicate that additional subcontracts are allowed for this manufacturing order.

Subcontract Charges

This field displays Y (Yes) or N (No) to indicate whether or not subcontract charges have taken place for the manufacturing order.

Pick List (Include)

Select this check box to print a pick list for this manufacturing order.

Pick List (Printed)

Select this check box to treat this manufacturing order's pick list as printed.

Assembly Sheet (Include)

Select this check box to print an assembly sheet of components/subassemblies for this manufacturing order.

Assembly Sheet (Printed)

Select this check box to treat this manufacturing order's assembly sheet as printed.

Routing Traveler (Include)

Select this check box to print a routing traveler for this manufacturing order.

Routing Traveler ( Printed)

Select this check box to treat this manufacturing order's routing traveler as printed.

Component Labels (Include)

Select this check box to print component labels for this manufacturing order's requirements.

Component Labels ( Printed)

Select this check box to treat the component labels as printed

Configuration List (Include)

Select this check box to print an as-built configuration list for this manufacturing order.
