  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Field Description
Lic/Agr ID - Proposed

Enter the proposed license or agreement identification.

Type

Enter, or click to select, the type of license or agreement.

Reference Lic/Agr ID

Enter the parent agreement that is associated with the license.

Issue Date

Enter, or click to select, the date when the license or agreement was issued.

DDTC Registration Code

Enter the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) applicant/registration code for your company.

Expiration Date

Enter, or click to select, the date when the license or agreement expires.

Total Amount (USD)

This field displays the total value of the license or agreement. The value is equal to the sum of amounts on the Details subtask.

Port of Exit from U.S.

Enter the expected U.S. port for exporting the articles in this license or agreement.

Amendment

Field Description
Control No.

Enter the amendment control number for this license or agreement.

Effective Date

Enter, or click to select, the date when the amendment takes effect.
