Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

This field displays the original document status for the ECN.

Original CAGE

This field displays the original document CAGE ID for the ECN.

Change-To Doc Type

This field displays the change-to document type for the ECN.

Change-To Document

This field displays the change-to document ID for the ECN.

Change-To Rev

This field displays the change-to document's revision number for the ECN.

Change-To Document Name

This field displays the change-to document name for the ECN.

Change-To Doc Status

This field displays the change-to document status for the ECN.

Change-To CAGE

This field displays the change-to document CAGE ID for the ECN.

Media

This field displays the document's media.

Size

This field displays the document's size.

Location

This field displays the document's location.

Maintenance Group

This field displays the maintenance group for the document.

Document Notes

This field displays the notes about the document.

Replace Doc for All Parts

This field displays either Y (Yes) or N (No) indicating whether or not to replace documents for all parts of the ECN.

Effective Date

This field displays the effective date of the document.

Planned Released Date

This field displays the planned released date of the document.

Copy Data

This field displays either Y (Yes) or N (No) indicating whether or not to copy other part data for the ECN.
