Field	Description
Engineering Change Notice	This field displays the selected ECN ID.
Description	This field displays the description of the selected ECN.
Status	This field displays the status of the selected ECN.

Field	Description
Action Code	This field displays the action code for the ECN.
Part	This field displays the change-to part ID from the main screen if the Action Code is Add, Replace, or New Revision on the Parts subtask of the main screen. This field displays the original part ID from the main screen if the Action Code from the main screen is Obsolete or Change.
Rev	This field displays the part revision number for the ECN.
Description	This field displays the description of the ECN.
Status	This field displays the status of the ECN.
Effective Start Date	This field displays the effective start date for the document.
Effective End Date	This field displays the effective end date for the document.
Configuration	This field displays the configuration ID for the document.
Configuration Description	This field displays the configuration description for the document.
Print On Purchase Reports	This field displays either Y (Yes) or N (No) indicating whether or not the ECN will print on purchase reports.
Print On Receipt Traveller	This field displays either Y (Yes) or N (No) indicating whether or not the ECN will print on receipt travelers.
Print On Assembly Sheets	This field displays either Y (Yes) or N (No) indicating whether or not the ECN will print on assembly sheets.
Print On Routing Traveller	This field displays either Y (Yes) or N (No) indicating whether or not the ECN will print on the routing traveler.
Document Type	This field displays the selected ECN document type.
Document	This field displays the ECN document ID.
Rev	This field displays the revision number of the document.
Document Name	This field displays the document name
