Contents of the Transaction Analysis Screen
Use this screen to do a filtered search of detail transactions for the organization selected in the Navigation and all orgs below that level.

Time Frame |
Use this group box to select the transaction date ranges that are displayed on the report. The following options are available from the drop-down list:

Use this drop-down list to select a starting date for the range you want to include. |
To |
Use this drop-down list to select an ending date for the range you want to include. |
And, OR, Not |
Enter keywords in these fields to search text on Name, Description and Comments column. Separate multiple words with spaces. |
Project ID |
Enter, or click to select, the project ID. |
Account ID |
Enter, or click to select, the account ID. |
Vendor ID |
Enter, or click to select, the vendor ID. |
Employee ID |
Enter, or click to select, the employee ID. |
Totals |
Use these fields to view the total records, hours and amounts. |
Transaction Analysis Details
The table below describes the columns that display for the Transaction Analysis Details table.
Column Headings | Description |

Project ID | This column displays the project ID number. |
Org ID | This column displays the employee name. |
Account ID | This column displays the labor account number. |
ID | This column displays the account ID name |
Name | This column displays the name of the transaction. |
FY | This column displays the fiscal year. |
PD | This column displays the period. |
SUB PD | This column displays the sub period. |
Trans Date | This column displays the transaction date. |
Description | This column displays the description of the transaction. |
Comments | This column displays the comments. |
Hours | This column displays the hours. |
Amount | This column displays the transaction amount. |
