Revenue Adjustments Subtask

Use this subtask of the Revenue Info subtask to override production values of the revenue adjustment and award fee adjustment amounts for this project.

You can also mark existing records for deletion and add new records to this project's revenue adjustment information.

Override values will be used only in the alternate database and will not replace the values in the production database. Removal and addition of records will also occur only in the alternate database.

You cannot edit the Production Value fields on this subtask. You can only modify the Alternate Profile Override fields, but these are not required. You should enter values in the Alternate Profile Override fields only when they are different from the production values and for new records.

Note: You can enter alternate profile revenue adjustments for periods that are closed or not available whether or not the Restrict Revenue for Closed and N/A Periods check box is selected on the Configure Project Settings screen.

Field	Description
Delete this Revenue Adjustment row for Alternate Revenue Profile	Select this check box to delete this revenue adjustment record in the alternate revenue profile.
Record Status	This field displays the status of this revenue adjustment record. For records that have not yet been modified, this field is blank. For new records or those that have already been updated, this field displays one the following statuses: Override: This indicates that this record contains override values. Delete: This indicates that this record has been marked for deletion. New: This indicates that this is a new record. Parent Deleted: This indicates that this record's parent record has been marked for deletion. If this record has a status of Override before the parent record is marked for deletion, this record's status will remain as Override. If this is a new record and the parent record is marked for deletion, this record will be removed from the alternate profile.

Fiscal Year

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the fiscal year to which the revenue adjustment amount was or will be recorded.
Alternate Profile Override	For new records, enter, or click , to select the fiscal year to which the revenue adjustment amount should be recorded. This field is enabled only for new records.

Period

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the period to which the revenue adjustment amount was or will be recorded.
Alternate Profile Override	For new records, enter, or click , to select the period to which the revenue adjustment amount should be recorded. This field is enabled only for new records.

Subperiod

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the subperiod to which the revenue adjustment amount was or will be recorded.
Alternate Profile Override	For new records, enter, or click , to select the subperiod to which the revenue adjustment amount should be recorded. This field is enabled only for new records.

Revenue Adjustment Amount

Field	Description
Production Value	This field displays the production value of the revenue adjustment amount.
Alternate Profile Override	Enter the alternate profile revenue adjustment amount override.

Award Fee Adjustment Amount

Production Value	This field displays the production value of the award fee adjustment amount.
